Zoning Administrator: Barbara Youngert
Contact the Zoning Administrator for zoning designation information and to request a zoning permit. You can download the required permit form and site plan (if required for that form), and fill it out completely prior to meeting with the Zoning Administrator. Or you can contact the Zoning Administrator for assistance in filling out the forms. Make your check out to "Cedar Creek Township" with the correct permit fee amount (refer to Zoning Permit Fee Schedule below) and give it to the Zoning Administrator when you meet with her for review and signature approval.
The Zoning Administrator must follow the current Cedar Creek Township Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map (dated November 2003). The Zoning Ordinance states that "no land shall be occupied or used and no building or structure shall be erected, altered or relocated under the provisions of the Ordinance until a permit authorizing the same shall be issued by the administrator."
The Zoning Administrator reports monthly to the Township Board. Reports and recommendations are also given monthly to the Planning Commission.
